Registration Fees
All participants are required to register. The registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and certificate of participation.

Note: All registration fees must be paid in-person on the first day of the event during credential pickup.
*Please be aware that online payment processing is currently under construction. We will notify all registered participants once it is operational.
Registration Process
To register for BRICS-AGAC 2025, please complete the external registration form. During registration, you will be required to submit your abstract. You will also have the option to express interest in the technical visit to the BINGO Telescope and to request an invitation letter for visa purposes.
Cancellation Policy
For registration cancellations, a 40% refund of the paid fee is applicable. Cancellation requests must be sent to the official event email address before the event start date.
