Registration Fees
All participants are required to register. The registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and certificate of participation.

Mandatory Steps After Payment
To confirm your registration, please follow these steps carefully:
- Send Proof of Payment: After payment, you **must** email the receipt to bricsagac5@secties.pb.gov.br.
- Specify Email Subject: Use the subject line: "Registration Payment - [Your Full Name]".
- Await Confirmation: Your registration is only guaranteed after our team verifies your payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
Registration Process
To register for BRICS-AGAC 2025, please complete the external registration form. During registration, you will be required to submit your abstract. You will also have the option to express interest in the technical visit to the BINGO Telescope and to request an invitation letter for visa purposes.
Cancellation Policy
For registration cancellations, a 40% refund of the paid fee is applicable. Cancellation requests must be sent to the official event email address before the event start date.
